We wanted to highlight ALL of this and increase their conversion rate when visitors land on their site. Our goal was to keep their overall brand tone welcoming, personable, and professional. We needed to highlight the boutique feel and tell their story to allow them to stand out among the competition – the big box brands. It was crucial to speak to prospective clients and current clients – showing them the value they could provide through their simple process and their values of integrity, honesty, and top-notch customer service.
Keeping their wide audience range in mind, we could hone in on the story that would take their dream clients on a journey through their site – and show them exactly how they could meet their needs and solve their problems.
